What if a little easier to work with guest diffs?
I mean to do so to allow users to upload their guest diff using BSS, in turn beatmap creator need to confirm the addition of the diff

No worries, bro.

Features to help support guest mappers better and collaborative mapping overall are things kind of planned in the future, especially as the game is getting restructured into osu!next. I recommend looking at Feature Requests to see existing discussion about this, and to also follow along the teaser blog and peppy's twitter.
