Problem Details:
I'm seen a few posts about this already but they were from a year ago or so, and I still can't seem to find a definite answer.
I updated to El Capitan two days ago after avoiding it for a long time, and like most others who updated, Osu refuses to open. I also can't re-install it because my Mac says Osu is an unidentified developer, and in the system preferences I have no option to let my Mac download things from anywhere. Instead it only lets me choose App Store or App Store/Identified Developers.
Has there been a solution to this problem are is it just a matter of waiting for the next OS X Osu update? I can't find a clear answer to this anywhere so far ^^

osu! version: 20160403.6

Currently osx isn't really supported
Wait for osu!next for better mac support
Anyways, the option to open it anyway should be there when you open it via Programs, and then right click and open
You'll then be asked if you still want to open it (instead of blocking it)

Ok, well thank you for the answer! Do you know how long the wait will be?
I tried to open it that way but it still tries to verify it and then freezes and doesn't do anything

They said 2016...
Let's hope they're right ^_^
