A Nazi-mod is a mod that only picks on mistakes that are very minor, often to a degree where it's arguable whether they're actually mistakes at all.
A Nazi-mod often doesn't deal with the actual song and includes only comments like "move x 1 grid to left" or "fix blanket" on a blanket that has such a small error that 95% of people wouldn't notice anyway.
While those mods can be useful they are often useless to the mapper when done in an early state because it is very likely that the mapper will adjust those spots anyway when going through more mods without even noticing these insignificant bits.

Really nit-picky mods
Most of the time these are really far fetched and do not neccessarily increase the map's quality at all. They likely increase the aesthetics (by a tiny bit), but that's about it
