General

Remember to fix your timing stuff, briefly mentioned in IRC but EDM music almost rarely has timing changes or a need for a metronome reset. This song falls under that category, you just need to have the first timing point, and then use INHERITED points beyond that, so they inherit the timing but you can adjust SV, volume, hitsound sampleset, etc. You may have to re-snap a lot of your notes since you put a lot of metronome resets that weren't necessary. Should look lik this http://puu.sh/s0UX5/2273218b88.jpg, along with any other lines you will add to adjust things in game.

Please don't just copy and paste the same pattern over and over again like at 01:42:045 (1,2,3,4) and onwards, it's not fun to play and is really underwhelming.

Your new combo's are very randomly placed in some spots. For example, at 02:30:873 (1,2,3,4), you have it every 4, but then at 02:31:730 (1,2,3) you do it every 3 and suddenly every 4 beyond that. A good rule of thumb is to put new combo's every 1 or 2 downbeats if possible.

Very little hint at structure or consistency, but that's something that comes with practice. I'll drop a few guides that hopefully will help ^_^

Few tools that may be handy:
  1. ctrl+shift+d lets you make perfect geometric shapes. Don't handplace squares, stars, pentagons... use this!!
  2. ctrl+shift+f lets you convert sliders to streams, based on their shapes. Great tool for making good flowing/attractive streams.
  3. Using consistent rotation angles in a map shows control and skill, versus randomly placed sliders that have little to no meaning.
  4. ctrl+g, ctrl+h, ctrl+j are all good tools used to manipulate location of things.

Hey!

I see you're new to mapping, so you have to understand that 3* Maps are pretty popular for Newbie's, they aren't that good, thats why they wont even pass this with this OD and so on. The Circles are overlapping the sliders at the beginning & the jumps at the end are unpassable for the Newbies.

Please edit your map, if you're submitting this like that you're not going to get a ranked map.

I have assessed Easy difficulty for you here is what I found:

00:06:873 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - I feel like these notes are to focused on the right side of screen, maybe you could spice it up a little and move some to the left?

00:27:445 (1) - I understand the music speeds up but making the slider velocity that high is a bit overboard for the 'Easy' difficulty, maybe try lowering it a tad?

00:27:445 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,1) - I feel like this bit doesn't follow the rhythm as well as the other parts. Also the slider ends might need to be moved to a better location for the player to move to, this is 'Easy' we're talking about.

00:41:158 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,1,2) - I like the concept of moving from one slider to another, but it's highly overused in this area.

00:55:087 (1,1,2,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,4,1,1,2,1,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,4,1,1,2,1,1,2,3,4,1) - Again this bit could follow the rhythm a bit more. Apart from that nothing else is really wrong here.

01:22:301 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - I understand you couldn't do much here but even a couple sliders would have been helpful, also the circles are all cramped up in one area so maybe spacing them a bit out but not too much will help.

01:36:444 (4,5,6,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - I feel like having the little streams has to go, I do like how it follows the rhythm but streams should be kept for 'Hard' and up at least.

01:42:015 (1,2,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2) - The sliders are a bit too close together spacing would be nice!

02:03:474 (1,2,1,2,3,4,1,2,1,2,3,1,1,2,3,1,2,1,2,1,1,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - Apart from the streams the spacing could be a bit less... Weird? Odd? No offence.

02:17:189 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,1) - There are a bit too many notes on screen for 'Easy'. Maybe cut down some?

02:22:760 (1,2) - This jump seems a bit high.

02:30:903 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2) - Overuse of sliders a bit. Slider ends need to be placed a bit better. Nothing else wrong here.

Extra Notes:

@ The approach rates needs to be a tad lower in my opinion.
