Want some clarification regarding the mp3 quality. It doesn't sound good enough, but I'm not sure if it's just me.

Jokes aside, it's true that in the Kiai there's some weird sound in the guitar. I'm not sure if it's because of the mp3 or just the music itself. But yes, there could be other better versions in the Internet somewhere.

not just you it, it actually sounds terrible, especially in the chorus.
would suggest to find a better one, or simply using https://osu.ppy.sh/b/883126 which sounds much better
there is still some background noise in this version, but after listening to the full version in lossless quality that seems to be part of the song
also mapper would most likely have to reduce volume of all timing sections by a bit because this one is not as loud
