Hi from meh Q

  • I think the offset its more like 1.306~

    01:16:304 (5) - this slider should start at 01:16:468 - and add a circle 01:16:304 -
01:13:172 - make this clickable xd
    01:14:325 - add a circle here? http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/6275957
01:19:765 - this sould be clickable
    02:11:208 - ^
    02:11:868 - ^
    02:22:417 - ^
    02:19:120 (5) - blanket
02:26:868 - missed this beat again here.. hmm you should not skip them :/
02:27:032 - or at least make this clickable, the slider doesnt really fit at all with the song because there's not a sound to fit, instead of that, this sound 02:27:032 - of the piano its more pitchy and should be clickable because its very noticeable (and the same for other parts like this)
02:29:010 (5) - check the distance of this slider
    02:31:648 (5) - blanket
02:36:263 - this should be clickable, because its sound its more stronger than the sound at 02:36:098 -
    02:45:494 - ^
02:38:571 (2,3) - don't stack these because the sound its quite different
very consistent and everything, but well you should not skip these strong beats on the white ticks :p
If you feel this mod wasnt helpful don't give kudosu

00:25:054 (2) - Too far off-screen. people who play in 4:3 might not have this showing (I might be wrong on that)
00:30:494 (3,4,5) - Space more so the transition from 1/4 to 1/2 is more apparent.
00:29:670 (2,3,4,5) - Has the same same rhythm as 00:31:648 (2,3) - , but is spaced more in a part of the song that isn't as intense and isn't kiai'd, why is that?
00:32:967 (1,2,3,4) - Is overmapped. You could get away with, although it's stretching a LOT, just having 00:32:967 (1,2,3) - , but there is no reverb on 00:33:214 (4) -

Last time I'll mention it, but spacing 00:34:285 (2,3) -
00:35:604 (1,2,3,4) - Why do you have to hunt for the littlest of sounds to map tooooo?
00:36:758 (1) - Make two notes because strong note on 00:36:923 is on a non-active sliderend
00:42:032 (1,2) - Is actually mapped in 1/6, not 1/4
00:42:527 (4) - This goes too far up imo. Maybe have it a slider blanketing 00:42:857 (5) - ?
00:45:659 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Overmapped. 00:45:659 (1,2,3,4) - Only notes with sound on them
Why is 00:47:307 (3,4) - Spaced differently than the rest of the rhythms mapped the same as it?
00:51:346 (4) - Overmapped
00:51:428 (5,6,7) - This flows bad imo. Very zigzagged, and doesn't fit.
00:52:087 (7,8) - Maybe too close? I'd just add a note 00:52:582
01:08:571 (4) - Might be a bit far down. Was cut off a bit for me
01:12:857 (3,1,2) - Should have the same spacing for readability
01:14:010 (3,4) - Space more. Too close
01:40:219 (1) - Ugly slider imo
Try to line the dip of 01:42:857 (2) - with the music and have to point where it comes out of it at 01:43:516
Why is 02:03:296 (3,1) - spaced like 02:02:967 (2,3) - ? Creates bad flow
02:05:274 (6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Overmapped to Hell (quick tip, NC should ALWAYS be on the turning point, like 02:05:604 (10) - , not 02:05:686 (1) - , and 02:05:934 (4) - Not 02:06:016 (1) - . Makes it look better, and helps the player read it easier. :D)
02:07:087 (2,3) - Spaced differently than the rest, why?
02:16:318 (3,1) - Space more?
02:21:593 (1,2) - One of these things is not like the others >.>
02:22:582 (1,1,2) - Overlap?
02:37:582 (5,1) - Space moreeeee
You have a lot of these sliders, 02:45:329 (8) - , that end on strong notes. Try mapping so they are active notes?

hi there! from my reverse m4m queue! t/304087/start=150
[insane]
00:25:042 (2) - this slider is kinda passing the edge, might be unrankable so you might wanna fix that
00:30:481 (3,4,5) - nc in all of them would be cool
00:28:998 (3) - make it a 1/2 slider, would be nicer
00:31:470 (1,2) - swap NC, the kiai will always start on a nightcore
00:33:284 (5,6) -increase the spacing between 5 6
00:44:163 (14) - increase the spacing here
00:49:437 (5) - ^^
00:52:075 (7) - ^^
01:05:262 (8) - ^^
01:07:899 (2) - ^^
you are ignoring a lot of important vocals, not good. you should learn how to emphasize them. look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmCEfh865b4 - it will help you
01:19:108 (9) - nc
01:24:053 (2) - ^^
01:56:031 (3) - ^^
02:05:262 (6) - ^^
02:48:119 (7,8,9) - nc all
ok so in general you should just not skip vocals, even if its a strong one you decided to DS it the same as all the other notes.
gl! i will send you my map in a message!

New mapper mod from my queue

[General]
  1. My impression over this map is that you have a good understanding and application of the concepts of linear flow, musical structure, hitsounding and overall mapping. Even if you consider yourself new, your mapping is really cool. I really liked it.
  2. You’ve mentioned you need help with aesthetics. Your map is using a linear flow pretty much all the time. So a important thing to keep in mind is that you don’t want things to overlap 00:32:459 (4,5) – most of the time. This is ok but you can always try to avoid it.
  3. The visual aspect of this pattern 00:34:108 (1,2,3,4) - tells the player that if 00:34:108 (1,2) – are 1/2beat far the next objects will probably be a triple 00:34:273 (2,3,4) – when actually it’s also singletap 1/2. When making patterns always consider the making the spacing of 1/2 objects different from 1/4 and 1/1 different even if you’re not using DS to make your maps more intuitive visually.
  4. Your sliders are visually fine 00:21:086 (1,2,1,1) - . You’re using classic ones and making some variations that are mostly fine as well.
  5. You know this sound that sliders make when the sliderball is following the path of the slider? You can always silence this sound to give more emphasis to the actual music. The idea is that your customsets have a file called “soft-sliderslide1.wav” and “drum-sliderslide2.wav” that are both sound files with no sound at all. You can find this trick in a lot of maps. Try looking at a few and you might see one that have done it.
  6. ”I might be skipping some vocals in this map and I don't know which ones are they.”
There’s no vocals in this music. This is purelly instrumental. I don’t think I got what you actually meant here.
  7. "There is only one diff for now since I need to know which notes are the ones that I need to emphasize."
You give emphasis to the parts of the music you believe you need to emphasize. There’s a loto f people with different perspectives on this matter. But I’ll tell you what that commonly you should always worry about the important downbeats. You see you already know that but you just didn’t realize that. This spots where you most of the time started a new combo or have big white ticks are usually the best spots to give emphasis 00:30:316 (1,1,2,1,2,5) -. When the song structure is simple, the musical phrases starts and repeats themselves. This point when repetitions starts is on the important downbeats most of the time showed on the timeline on the big white ticks. Be careful because it’s not only that . This is a just a first superficial view of what you can give emphasis to.
Let me show you an example: 00:52:075 (7,8,9) – this part here. You can create emphasis using a bit more of spacing on this object 00:52:734 (9) - http://puu.sh/rVL8B.jpg when you make the person move his cursor faster from one moment to another you’re giving him the impact this object deserves in case you want to give him this emphazis.
  8. Another thing I believe you should work on is about structuring your map combos a bit more. When you first listen to the song try to figure where the instruments repetitions are occuring and seek for this spots to start the new combos.
You could use a more experienced mapper opinion on this. Try looking for help, hopefully someone will give you more advice :D
