but u have to use commands for that, and not all severs will have that bot

There are many bots that has this feature: spoo.py, Nath's "Bismarck", NadekoBot, et cetera.
Certainly almost ANY server will have this. If no, you can ask server owner to add a bot that has this feature.
Plus, this also would depend on Discord devs if you want it to be hardcoded into Discord itself, and the chance that they'll do it is very minimal.

Nice idea, I would like to see "Playing <song-name>" under the user name too.

The only problem with the bots are that you can link just any profile to your account. Or maybe a profile can be added only to one profile, and even then theres no validation thingy for adding it.
