For someone like me osu have a random location
i live in italy but for osu! i'm in the united kindom

Only thing i want in this game is an option to set the location so the game is forced to set in the lobby

This isn't osu's fault. It's either you are using a VPN set to the UK, or your IP is set in the UK.
This general request wouldn't work out though. This could be abused in many ways, so this should be moved to Help as this not a valid request.

This won't happen. Better contact your internet provider if you're not using any proxies or VPNs to fix your location.
