It sounds pretty good, I gotta admit.
The chorus parts seemed toned down compared to the original, but other than that they did a really good job.

But I'm judging them on the level I do with Japanese anime openings. Sure it's MLP so it can't be some super badass opening, but the Japanese MLP openings just aren't my taste. Part of it might be because I don't like AKBinsertnumbershere.
