Since internet is extremely expensive at here, this is what I can get at maximum, it is not good for YouTube in HD but osu! is not interrupted with this speed:

Our internet's actual speedtest would a lot higher than this since we are paying for 100 Mbs/s down. These are the speeds I get with my laptop connected via wireless. Not the fastest, but works just fine for me.

Considering this is the highest I've ever seen it and you only get about a fourth of what you pay for...
