[Archived] Osu Direct will not search more than 4000 ranked songs

Problem Details:I cannot download or search for any songs after 4000 songs in osu direct as it caps me out at 4k is there a way around this and could i get some help

osu! version: 20160821.1 (latest)

You could try manually searching in the beatmaplist then after choosing the map click on "osu!direct" option
I know this is tedious work, but it'll have to do

It is a known issue (but we can't seem to find the original thread) as you can read here
[Archived] osu!direct only displays latest 4000 beatmaps
