Would be a... handy thing to have in the maintenance section, and fits, since it wouldn't be used very often.
AND THE MAINTENANCE SECTION IS TOO EMPTY ANYWAYS.

That would completely murder the running costs, though. Anybody could troll and go like "RRRROOOOAAAAARRR Y U SIELENCE ME" and re-download maps like, all the time.
...And besides, you know what you should do. You can just shove all your maps on an external hard drive or something so you can get any map you want if something happens to them.
I can see no real use for this except for when osz2 comes out, if you've deleted SBs, backgrounds etc in most of your maps' folders. People who have done that deserve to have that time wasted
