So i was curious as to how i would edit my skin for the accuracy and little circle timer to be in the top middle of my screen like Cookiezi's or azer's skin for an example

You take the score-percent.png file and replace it with a very wide transparent box.
Just experiment with how wide you need to make it, for it to be in the center.
