Pretty much, it'd be cool that when someone /ignores or /permaignores you, that you'd get a message, so you don't spam annoying crap not realizing that they're ingoring you >w<~

No, if you're being ignored you should realize that yourself, some people ignore without /ignore as well so it's pointless, also...

No support. If they cared enough to tell you that they're ignoring you, then they would. Otherwise, it's totally up to them whether or not they want you to know. What if somebody gets ignored by another person, they could get irritated or switch to forum pm or do other things. The awesome thing about /ignore is that the person you're ignoring doesn't know, so they can't bother you whatsoever since they'll continue trying to annoy you through osu!.

Just don't do things that get you /ignored~ (also I feel much happier when people don't know)
