Your BG size 1010*768. Need only 1024*768 or 800*600
Rename Artist: Nico Nico Douge and Title: Toaru Kagaku no Railgun Tengoku to Jigoku
And remove "to aru" in tags
Also you can remove sound in video for a smaller file size
