As I saw that you are beginner so I'm more than happy to help you out.

General
I think that it would be nice if you put 00:00:368 - one more red line (BPM) there, and it would be also nice if you start the song from there imo.
If your map's length is lower than 5 minutes, then you may need to have a Normal and Hard also (as you have Insane currently).
Your map needs to be hitsounded also, it can be pretty confusing at start, so I suggest you to read this guide to learn some basics: t/306177
You should lower the volume to 50% as 100% is too much. (At the timing panel)

Insane
As with a brief look - I see that many sliders end at big white tick. I would highly recommend you to avoid this and make it clickable.
You should also map your difficulty with a variety, by that I mean that you should map every red and white tick in some sections, especially in kiai since it's the most important part. Of course you can do some breaks here and there, but I recommend to not do it randomly.
Try to use distance snap, located at right of your screen. Try to have it at 2,0x distance spacing for Insanes for example, emphasis some parts with higher distance spacing. You can change the distance spacing by holding alt and then using the scrollwheel.
As it's better if you learn your own mapping style by yourself, then I will just give out some tips!
00:01:626 (1) - so from here to kiai, I recommend that you put an extra inherited point there and lower the slider velocity there, because it's slower for me at least. (at timing panel)
00:05:937 (1,3) - try to avoid overlaps like these, it's very unhealthy for the gameplay and flow.
00:07:554 - you should add a note here for sure, as it's very awkward to click the next slider.
00:09:889 (4) - I think that repeat sliders like those have nothing to emphasis, better just end the slider at red tick and put a circle at the big white tick.
00:14:380 (5,1) - this movement is hard for flow, I would suggest Ctrl+H
00:16:895 - add a note
00:19:230 (9,1) - a slider for those notes would fit better
00:19:410 (1,1,1) - also why so much NC's (new combo's) here? just 1 would be good
00:26:596 - 00:27:314 - would definitely add a note
00:29:649 (3,4) - better just remove the slider, add 2 notes and stack them
00:30:188 (5) - this shouldn't end at blue tick for first, but secondly I would make the big white tick clickable so maybe start the slider from there instead

00:13:840 (2) - Powerful sound, you can emphasize this by increasing the spacing
00:13:840 (2,3,1) - Visually, this pattern looks kinda bad and flows kinda bad. Putting circles above sliders like that doesn't look nice, and this flow requires the player make an angle to get from 3 to 1, which plays poorly.
00:16:355 (3,4,2) - This overlap looks bad, I suggest maybe using a triangle to avoid the overlap
00:15:816 (5,1) - ^Another bad looking overlap
00:25:157 (2) - Huge jump that feels very out place to me, because a sound that maybe would be worth this kind of emphasis would be 00:25:337, but that's the slider end. Maybe use 2 circles instead, and place the jump to the second circle at 00:25:337 -

00:35:038 (4,2) - You could stack 4 under the tail of 2

00:46:624 (8,9,1) - This can be look better if you have the gap between 8 and 9 be the same as the gap between 9 and 1
00:48:690 (1) - Ugly shape to be honest, because of the curve on the smaller part

Okay so generally in this kiai you have a lot of 1/1 gaps which play really lame because it feels like your mapping more to the vocals than the backgrounds. Look at some of the gaps (like the one at 00:57:852; you can fill this in by having 00:57:672 (4) - be a slider. Take a look at this throughout the map.

This difficulty needs a lot of polish, and I'll say don't be afraid you end up having to remap this in the future. It's all in the process of becoming a better mapper.

ok, no offece but this map is bad, I would suggest you use 'distance snap' when placing notes to keep it consistant, I would also suggest learning from ranked maps and looking at their structure, because right now your map has little to none structure

Your mod is a giant mess of blanketing, spacing, and volume changes, but with no supportive evidence. To me, it looks like a pile of garbage. I have screenshots of you being horribly rude to a mapper and modder who simply asked for advice and wanted to improve. If you really want him to look up to you and take inspirations from your modding, then I feel bad for the community. Rather than making him learn from this... shit, why don't you focus on becoming a better modder before shitting on everyone else. Thank you!

WOAH DUDE! First off I wasn't shitting but more of simply more giving suggestions

1. I can understand 'lower voume'

2.I can back up with proper reasoning I just forgot too (and also I was quite busy on that day)

3. I wasn't being a prick, because I was simply just reasoning how good his diff was

4. I didn't say the map was shit, but I said encouraging words!

5. I wasn't rude, asI said before I was in a rush and trying to do the map quicker :/

sorry I was quite rude, I apoligise, can you forgiive me? Good luck with your map, the day I modded your map was a bad day for me, so I felt like flaming someone innocent, I am sorry, I wasn't thinking right
