Ok, I´m currently level 30 and i can only do beatmaps that are 3,5 stars. is there something wrong with me??

You need 13 - Gameplay and Rankings and no, there is nothing wrong with you, your level means nothing tbh, just play more and you'll gradually get better at the game.
Development is for projects, considerations, new, publicity, etc.

Same here but dont worry you cant become Cookiezi and do 7 star maps overnight practice and you will get better
