I dont know if someone else had this idea but i thought of it a few days ago.You will see my idea with this lousy photoshop image i made D:

Keys :

Hitcirlce - 1 note
Slider - 1 long note
Spinner - long notes on all 4 lanes
Kiai parts of the map - 2x combo or more depending on user performance mulitiplier (like you have 8x atm and kiai will make it 16x)
When lifebar reaches full (like taiko bar filling up) by pressing space triggering combo multiplier

Hitbuttons - Z X C V like in taiko,multiplier - Space

Ideas like this were suggested a dozen times, but never got really developed. Your one is not thought out properly either.

Have you thought about stream patterns for 4 keys? Slider ticks? Hitsound usage? Tried getting common rhythm patterns into consideration? A horrific amount of other factors?

It's not as simple as what you think.

Moving this to Feature Requests (and removing the heart icon because this feature isn't added yet).

Still, I'm pretty sure someone already suggested a djmax/beatmania mode... I'll look around.

Yes this has been suggested before and IIRC it was NEVER denied. I think peppy said that he had plans for this kind of game mode in the future.
