Hey, Wanna ask if there is some possible way to allow only combo breaker sound. I am playing without hitsounds, so i am not able to hear it.

Just stop playing without hitsounds. Thats dumb.
Replace every hitsound elements in your skin folder with blank wav/mp3. Enable hitsound in game. Don't forget to ignore beatmap hitsound.
To answer your question, just replace all hitsounds in your skin with blank sound files.
