HELP: Warning arrows always red

It seems like no matter what I do, my warning arrows are always red on my skin. Can anybody let me know whats going on and how to fix it?

Well,thats actually supposed to happen,however,the warning arrow overlay doesnt get tinted.
Edit:A solution would be to switch to skin version 1,and ive heard that renaming it to "play-warning" works too
Probaly final edit:In skin version 2 or older,the warning arrow is always tinted red.
