how I do so my hitcircles not change color?

Like in Skin.ini

it says

[Colours]
Combo1: 205,58,94
Combo2: 21,234,128
Combo3: 21,232,255

I'm guessing you just do

Combo1: 255,255,255 - thats also white it says R G B
