Option to disable auto scrolling after download

Hello osu! community and developers,
I’m just downloading a few new maps, and every time I finish playing a song, my osu! scrolls to them and highlights them. I find this quite annoying because I always have to find the song I just played again, and this is why I would like to request a feature to disable this. Oh, and if this feature
already exists or somebody else has already requested this feature, I am sorry; I didn’t find anything in the forums (but maybe I just searched for the wrong terms).

That's probably because when someone downloads a song, they normally do so because they want to play it. lol. But I see where you are coming from

Sometimes someone asks me to mod a map, so I dl it when playing
Then afterwards I get moves to that map immediately, and I often have troubles finding the previous map

Well, you can sort by 'last played' and go all the way down, but still

Of course I want to play it, but I use to play it in chronological order (and not always the map last downloaded). You normally download faster than you play ;)

I guess I just don't have this problem because I sort by recently added. Maybe you can try that? Then they will all be together

Well, I already have it sorted by date added, and that is the exact reason why I don’t need that scrolling function: I can just scroll down myself. It is annoying that I always have to scroll up again.

kinda sounds like using shift+F2. I think implementing a universal keybind to seek trhough maps you've selected would be a cool qol update, and it would solve your problem of losing your place in song selection.

shift+↑ & shift+↓ don't have keybinds so it seems like a good keybind to use for this idea.
