[confirmed] !where command doesn't work for some users

Recently for fun I tried using the !where command on my friend -Treble

For some reason it flat out doesn't work. When the command is inputted nothing happens. It neither gives info or gives an error. This happens in every channel. - EDIT - It seems when he is offline, It does give the error of "This user is currently offline"

It also seems to work fine with people that have "-" in front of their name. I haven't been able to find another user that replicates this behavior.

There's some weirdness going on with some commands it seems.

!stat command shows incorrect stats for some users

Xylo- recently mentioned to me that some users need to have the the the O character replaced with 0 or vice versa for !where to work.
[19:04] <Xylo-> the !where command is so weird lol
[19:04] <Xylo-> it reverts "O" with the zero
[19:04] <Xylo-> like you need to put "O" instead of zero or vice versa to work

There might be some similar nonsense going on in your case.
