Right now the only thing that is said is "Problem Details" and "Video or screenshot showing the problem". Which is not bad on its own but in my opinion not that great either.

Problem details without any background information is not very useful and most of the time we would be flying blind trying to solve issues by just making users trying out different things. Or even ask if they even have a graphics card. Plus, not everyone uses the second line which is to provide a screenshot or video of the problem.

What I want is that we request the users with issues for more information by asking them to include any other details like their OS (sometimes a Mac user comes along and wasted some time by not stating they are on Mac and us beings try to solve them thinking they are on Windows), their graphics card, maybe graphics driver version, tablet make, etc.

Maybe say something like "Problem Details (including your specs and setup if possible):"

I swear this is a duplicate, but the only things I could find were template for FReqs and to force the user to change the thread's name (instead of Explain the issue (50 characters max) (or smth lik that)

I'd like to change the descriptions. Don't know if dupe or not, I can't find one. But then I haven't been here long.

The template used to be different, even asking on how to reproduce the bug, and even asked on how other people could check it

Since I still can't find it, I think there is no dupe (I likely got confused with FReqs) and I'll just agree with this ^_^

I don't know where it went too. Well I suppose the Help forum should be also look like a zendesk style.

Reminds me of..

That would make inexperienced users search for tons of specs that are probably irrelevant for the problem.
Competent Helpers will usually be capable of knowing what further information might be necessary and ask for it.

I think this is an okay idea, although it's not hard to ask them to provide more information? But yea, I do agree it can save time.
