Recycling usernames?

There's a lot of sick usernames that are bound to dead accounts and it would be nice if their names would be available again after a certain time of inactivity. League of legends has this username recycle system and I thought it would be nice if Osu! has this as well. What do you guys think?

I could be wrong but I think thats already the case that after a certain time you can use names that "are bound to dead accounts".
I dont know the time it takes for a name to be available again tho.

If I am completly wrong please correct me ^-^

It exists but it depends not only on how long an account is dead but also how much the owner has played.

the user has to

Have not logged on in a few years (Not sure exactly when?)
Has to have less than 300 playcount
Name could not have been in use for 6 months

You can take an existing user's username if they haven't logged in for at least 6 months when they have no plays. For every 500 plays across all game modes you must wait an additional year to take the username. This means that a user with a play-count (combined over all modes) of 680, you’d have to wait 1.86 years – or 678 days – from their last login.
