so recently i've created a skin for osu! (standard) and i've been aching to post it here so other people can use it too. but the register page for osuskins.info is, for some reason, unavailable. so i can't create an account and post my skin there. i thought about posting on the completed skins section or just on my account's dashboard, but i don't know how to do it. can somebody help me out?
