It will be better if we can submit our offline score.

Like, when the player play the map but the score is not the best performance from her/him. then he/she play offline and saw the score is bad. then he/she played well, but don't have access to the internet. and the want to submit the score

when they have access to the internet they can submit their offline score by right-clicking on the score then select Submit Score option.

it will be the good things

Sorry, I think this kind of request has been denied multiple times due to potential score cheating.

It's impossible for offline scores to submit to the server, and it's also impossible for the scores to submit when the game isn't running.
Once you exit osu!, it is lost.
It's been requested and denied numerous times. t/194456/start=0
