Changing later offset in editor [Resolved]

Well, I have no idea where to turn or who to ask about this which is why I posted in this topic. I'm not very good at searching, so when I did I didn't get any results.

Say about half way through the song, the offset goes from spot on to about 30 ms off. How do I change that?

You can add a new offset by inserting another timing point (ctrl+P)

ah thank you so much!

I was a bit confused when I looked at it. I thought that after adding in a timing point that the offset simply meant the location that the BPM changes, and that you could only change the BPM.
