The last note of 05:02:893 (1) had a small doubt from me. The music was relatively unclear that part, and didn't had a clear beat to demand a note. Expressing something like an end of the slider felt a bit more appropriate for me personally.

The mapper's intention was to end the beatmap along a click. The music stops when clicking the note, and that was what the mapper wanted.

Need some opinion regarding this rhythm usage.

Also I'd be glad to hear some thoughts for the snapping around 01:23:702 - 01:34:800 - 03:59:078 -

Just want to mention something about last note. If you think it affects gameplay, distracts player by unclear sound — it doesn't. That note is very last object in the map (except spinner), so even if player gets distracted after clicking it (though it's not really unaudible, 30% is still hearable a little), there won't be early/late clicks after it, since there's just nothing to click.

My intention to use that note is to express the finished song with some end point, after which music just stops and only some noise is fading out, this note works as stop button for the track and finishes it sharply. Probably I'm bad at expressing my intention here, but I hope I somehow managed to do it.

The last circle seems intentional after all. It doesn't play bad either. XD

Perhaps 01:23:702 (1) - should be snapped rather to 1/4 than 1/3 as well as he did here 03:59:078 (1) - . As it is now that slider-reverse and slider-end feel off according to vocals which were the reason of making those sliders.

The other ones feel good to my ears.

In the other hand, some notes of the mini-streams feel a bit out of place due drums aren't highlighted properly. Like it feels circles were placed only for filling the 1/4 patterning the song claims here which go against what the rhythm of the main instrument is creating here. For example, here 01:47:806 (4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - It would way better if 01:48:066 (7) - and 01:48:240 (9) - were removed to catch nicely this instrument here and create an friendlier rhythm in my opinion.

Hope this helps! Good luck!

05:02:893 - this note is fine, I get what Kyubey is trying to do, probably I'd do the same XD

About the snapping, vocals are really weird.. Kyubey one sounds nice to me, but is not consistent tho, but also the vocals are a bit different at these places >:

05:02:893 (1) - is ok to me, even if I would probably didn't make it clickable it since it's really a low beat but whatever.

01:23:702 (1) - is clearly a 1/3, you can confirm it with a 25% slow speed. About 03:59:078 (1) - and overall the section from 03:56:303 - I agree with Natsu. It's almost impossible to fit perfectly the rhythm on vocals. 03:58:904 (7) - should be snap 1/12, and 03:59:771 (2) - reverse should hit a 1/6 beat for example. Kyubey did a compromise who work correcly when I played it imo.

Vocals were all snapped to 1/4 in these places before, but Sonnyc told me to snap them to 1/3. I guess, it's better to keep them 1/4 for consistency and to prevent potential confuse after hearing the 1/3 instead of 1/4. Anyway vocals isn't really something that sounds sharp and would feel weird with a little different snap, they're vague and sound good on both places for me.

To HappyRocket88: I understand what do you mean, but these streams aren't made just to follow the music but to add something to it, emphasize the moment. I created my own rhythm for this place to express the tension before the new part in the music, and I think it fits good there.
