[confirmed] Able to manipulate menu during close animation.

Problem Details:
I have a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick hooked up to my PC for other games. When I exited OSU! I noticed that when I used the Joystick, I was still able to manipulate the menus.

The bug is still present as of b20160403.4 (Stable).

This bug is very minor and doesn't really need to be bumped. But it would be nice just for a mod to slap it into confirmed where all the other minor bugs are yet to be fixed.

I'll mark it confirmed for the time being, but I'd appreaciate if someone else could replicate it, just to be sure.
I will try something on my own once I get home since I'm having a couple of doubts about this (probably just wrong assumptions, but it doesn't hurt to try)
