[b]Scoring Mechanics[/b]
[notice]Scoring will be based on highest score played by the user on the map. Rankings will be determined according to the highest scores.[/notice]
[b]Rules and Regulations[/b]
[notice][list=1][*]The tournament will run in an individual, head to head matches.
[*]Only Filipino players are allowed to join this tournament. Foreigners who connect to the Philippine server are also not allowed.
[*]Players will run first in the Qualifying Stage. If they managed to pass the said stage, they will advance to the Double Elimination Stage.
[*]Seeds in the Qualifying stage can be determined in the Seeding Date with the use of !roll. Seeds in the Double Elimination Stage can be determined based on the player's rankings on the Qualifying Stage.
[*]Match schedules will be provided soon and it will be announced earlier before the match day. All participants must oblige and follow to the given exact date and time.
[*]If a player disconnects during the match will not be disqualified but the score left by the player will be his/her score for the map.
[*]Lag is not a valid reason to nullify a beatmap.
[*]Maps on the mappools can't be reused for the whole match.
[*]Strictly no trash-talking, trolling, AFK-ing and abandoning. 2 warnings will be given only, but on the 3rd warning, the player will be kicked out of the room therefore he is disqualified for the whole match.
[*]Cheating is strictly prohibited. Once caught or suspicious of using possible cheats, the player will be disqualified for the tournament.
[*]All official informations and announcements will be updated on the thread. Leakage of information will cause consequences under the official osu!staffs.
[*]Players must be on-time at the actual schedule of the tournament. Only 10 minutes is the maximum time to postpone a match otherwise the player will not be allowed to play for the whole match.
[*]Report to the staffs for any possible problems or incidents that may occur in any field of the tournament.
[*]Re-scheduling is sometimes applicable but notify to the staff as soon as possible or else it will be ignored.
[*]Choosing of inappropriate warmup song will consider the picker disqualified for the match.
[*]Participants must abide to the rules and regulations given. Participants who fails to follow such rules rules will be given the utmost consequences.[/list][/notice]
[b]Guidelines[/b]
[notice][list][*]After players have registered, they will be paired with another random player and they will be scheduled to play a mini-pool of 4 beatmaps along with other pairs. The beatmaps are of 4 different difficulty levels, Level 1 being the easiest, and Level 4 being the hardest. The beatmaps are going to be played twice in the multiplayer room, and the best scores between the two rounds shall count. The scores are then totaled and will be ranked from highest to lowest. The highest total score shall receive 1st seed and so on. In case of a tie, best scores on the pool will be checked in this order: Level 4 -> Level 3 -> Level 2 -> Level 1. In case of a tie after these checks, an additional match will be conducted with a special tiebreaker notechart.
[*]All players are obliged to play ALL of the maps during the qualifiers as FAIL SCORES WILL STILL COUNT.
[*]Players are free to use mods like HardRock, Hidden, Fade-in and Flashlight. Easy, NoFail, Halftime, Double-time, and Nightcore are not allowed. It is advisable for the players to play the map without mods.
[*]The top 8 pairs from qualifiers pass to the next stage. The pairs are going to be disbanded determining the Final 16 players to play during the Eliminations.[/list][/notice]
[b]Match Instructions[/b]
[notice][list=1][*]A host will create a multiplayer room 15 minutes in advance before the match. Players assigned in the match must gather during that period.
[*]The Room Settings are: osu!mania, Head to Head, Win condition: score and the room is password protected.
[*]The Room Title will be "o!m PH 4K Summer Tourney Round X"
[*]Players are free to select 2 warmup songs.
[*]The first player to select a map will be determined with the use of !roll.
[*]The player is free to select any maps in the mappool except the tiebreaker beatmap.
[*]Players take turns in picking maps until a tie was made.
[*]In case of a tie, they will play the given tiebreaker map.

[b]Frequently Asked Questions[/b]
[notice][b]Q:[/b] What if the player decides to back-out while in registration phase, then decides to register again is he eligible to register again?
[b]A:[/b] Yes, a player can register again if backed-out once, but when the time of match phase comes once you back-out there's no turning back. 

[b]Q:[/b] What if the player is a latecomer should we extend or they are automatically disqualified?
[b]A:[/b] No extensions, a player is only given 10 mins only starting from the exact date and time given and as announced.

[b]Q:[/b] What if the player is not available in the given date/time of the matches?
[b]A:[/b] We will announce the date & time of the matches early. As we announce the dates/time early those who have allegation to it because of school, job, meeting, etc. (Still depends on the reason) have the free will to ask for re-schedule but please take note that inform us as soon as possible. We will change the date & time of matches as soon as possible. Failure to inform the Staffs will be ignored and disqualified for the match.

[b]Q:[/b] What if the player got DC'ed during the match/round?
[b]A:[/b] They are not disqualified. The score left to us will be his/her final score for that round/match.

[b]Q:[/b] What if the participant/s forgot to dl one/all of the map pool?
[b]A:[/b] A player is eligible to DL one or all the mappools if ever because of certain reason/s. 

[b]Q:[/b] Will there be warm ups? 
[b]A:[/b] Yes, 2 warm ups will be given at the start of the match.

[b]Q:[/b] How do we decide on who gets to pick the map first?
[b]A:[/b] Each player will type !roll 10 and who got the highest result/value will be the one who’ll gonna pick the map first.[/notice]
