Indeed it doesn't. (: If you'd like to help, let me know.ptar124 wrote:
Hmm, it doesn't say a Thai can't apply for staff.
That'd be great!-Yukarii- wrote:
You need staff to help you? If so send me a PM to my chat.
I have experience managing and moderating tournaments ^^
Any help is appreciated! That'd be wonderful. (:ptar124 wrote:
Unlike Yukarii, I don't really have any experience in this. Plus, it's pretty inconvenient for me since we have like half a day of time difference. I'd be happy to contribute to the beatmap selection though.

Speaking of this on an earlier time.. I can be streamer/commentator, because if I am, then you only need one streamer. If the timing of the tournament starting causes an issue with my ability to stream then i will still ge happy to play in the tourney(If i'm even still >#1000).
If you sign up with the osu! staff, they will get everyone on your staff the tournament client. FYI.Taikocracy wrote:

Also you should consider making this just 5k-1k, and even then, fringe ranks like rank 950 or rank 900 might feel really left out, so I think you should allow certain cases like that. But yeah, making 2 map pools and running 2 tournaments at the same time is way too ambitious. Please go smaller, and even then, try to find out if people even wanna participate before making too big of plans. We don't honestly have THAT many players in this range who are active and would like to play in a tournament. Two of the ones I would see participating are staff. I think you should probably re-think this to add South America or something too. The America's together would be a big bigger scale and you could realistically fill the tournament, but it's still a stretch.
Just some advice.

Good job on the changes, I think you can drum up a lot more interest with this now. Good luck, and if you need me to do anything for you, I am available. I want our friends and my taiko family to have a good time and be able to enjoy your tournament, and if you need a veteran like me to assist you with a lot of things like production, maps, advertising, and even refereeing, I can supply you with all of those things. You will want someone eventually who has experience running these things!
