Guys, in some skins i have this circles after hitting circle/ending slider. How to disable it? And what element is this (they are on the left side of the screenshot).

pretty sure that's your hit lighting, you can turn it off for all skins by unselecting "Hit Lighting" in detail settings on osu! or for just that skin by replacing lighting.png with a transparent image
