Hello. Personally, currently this thread is kinda flooded with old announcements, which makes this forum quite out dated. To make this Beatmap Management fresh enough with new informations, and to encourage BNs that this is not just a place for announcements, but a place for an active discussion, archiving old announcement seems quite necessary in this period.

The line "Do not post a heart without qualifying it. Always qualify first, then post the heart." is already in the general BN rules, and the old qualify cap system is no longer existing. This announcement is good enough to get archived for now.
Again, the line "Do not qualify the songs which already have another beatmap in the Qualified section." already exists in the general BN rules, and BNs are already noticed for a long time that cYsmix or MBC beatmaps are no exception from that rule. Moreover, since that typical "cYsmix mapping with rewards project" has got inactive, this announcement doesn't seems valid now.
Unless this announement works as a regular basis purge notification, having a BN purge that happened at 9/9 feels really outdated, and useless in the current situation. This seems really good to get archived, unless this gets used as a different purpose.

Also not sure if this is still unawared from BNs, but well. Honestly not sure where this notice should go.
