I'm not sure which forum, but it /looks/ like one of the forums got excluded from post-count, like how Offtopic is. It's not in your visible count, but it shows here:

Well I really dont know what happened but for some reason my Post count has gone down from lik 140 to 100 I know this is not a big deal in fact its completly irrelavent but is this a common issue ?

Logically I'd go with this but I can't really figure out which sections this should be, except OT and Abandoned Wasteland (where crap ends there). Normally it doesn't, but if you went onto the new forums preview and posted on OT it would add all of your posts there to your postcount. I guess they got rid of that.Pawsu wrote:
