General
Naming the diffs after the characters... Why not... But for someone who didn't play the game nor watched the anime, these diff names make no sense at all. (and I personnally don't agree with your sorting) It would be a lot better to just give them normal names.
Are you sure the title is "this illusion" ? The title of the opening in the anime is "disillusion"...
For all diffs: a more continuous decrescendo on the spinner at the end would sound awesome

00:41:078 (7,8) - Extremely surprising jump. In fact, that spacing looks like 1/1 spacing. Please fix that.
The sudden use of claps during the kiai doesn't sound good imo. At least use the Normal sampleset, that will fit the sudden change in hitsounds you wanted to do.

While the video used certainly is from the Fate route, the song itself does not change throughout the story, the real name would be "NUMBER 201 feat. M.H. - THIS ILLUSION" - thus, remove "(Fate ver.)" from title.

Not asking you to pop the bubble - since the name thing was cleared up, just keep those in mind for ranking. There's nothing wrong with the offset and there is no difference, however, it distinctly makes the beginning section wrongly timed.

remember that your timing may be right for when your mapping, but remember that the title menu cookie will be wrong due to you not timing the mp3 correctly from start of the first timing section you placed, i really do advise to think about timing the whole map from your first timing section for this reason

i really suggest you to go through this diff and fix all the tiny and very ugly changes in spacing, yes its not a needed thing, but it really does make this map look fugly and for the sake of 10min it would make it look much better tbh

на каждой сложности много анснапнутых объектов (которые находятся не на линиях)
их можно проверять через File --> Open AIMod
в окошке Snapping должно быть 0,если хоть один объект там - жми Resnap All Notes
