Problem Details:
When you toggle mods that have multiple states (SD->PF or DT->NC for standard), the game sometimes plays the button hover sound even without moving the cursor, and it doesn't seem to do it in a consistent manner either.
When looping through:
Happens both on Stable and CE.

Off ---> DT -@-> NC ---> Off
Off ---> SD ---> PF -@-> Off
Off ---> FI ---> HD -@-> Off
Off ---> 4K ---> 5K -@-> 6K ---> 7K -@-> 8K ---> 9K -@-> 1K ---> 2K -@-> 3K -@-> Off
Happens both on Stable and CE.
