I hope we can buy Supporter tag by WeChat pay cuz this way to pay is the most popular one in China. And you know, the "Great Wall" of China kept us away from every great things in the other countries. So please give us a "Silk Road" to get the Supporter tag.

All the payment options except PayPal are handled by Xsolla. If that payment method is not available in the "Other options" menu, then you won't be able to use it. Try to contact Xsolla if you want, though I don't think it will change anything.
