I spent all of my time trying to time this monster. This was one of the toughest nuts to crack I've ever seen. I think I've got it though.
BPM: 142.100
Offset: 2340
Save a backup file of your earlier BPM etc just in case, but I think that this is the correct BPM/Offset. Be sure to modify your sliders after you change the BPM.
Other than that? One small suggestion. Increase the circle size in normal. That is all.

Overall
Kiai: you should make the kiai on chidori and rasengan like the kiai on theowest's easy diff
Difficulty names: It is best to use names such as : Normal, Hard etc. because it gives the best idea of what the diff is.
Mapset Spread: Chidori and Rasengan have close to the same difficulty level. You should probably choose which one you want as the hardest difficutly and remap the difficulty that you didn't choose as a normal diff.
