This one is going to be short:
There is no difference between SS and SSS score wise. The only thing that is different is the timing window (on the bottom of the screen) will only have hits on the blue area (I hope that I am being clear with this I can't demonstrate this right now I'm on a shitty laptop that doesn't' have Photoshop i cri).
Because sometimes when you get a SS you can hit a slider early and the timing window says that it's in the green, but you still can SS. For an SSS it won't allow that, but again this doesn't have a score difference, it's only to show who really had a 100% accuracy. (Also if there are more than one SS on a high score list the people with a SSS can be shown first.)
