General
1) Your spinner-approachcircle are completely ODD for ME. Those white color in spinner-approachcircle are doesn't pretty enough, can you make another one?
2) Can you make a custom spinner? (spinner-circle, spinner-metre, and spinner-background) Copy those spinner in templateskin, paste into this beatmap files and stay, is make no sense. Try make something difrent or remove them (you don't need the original skin from osu! Copy and paste here is just make a custom spinner like change the color, make something interesting, etc. Not copy and paste for collection skin). But just a suggestion ;-;
3) You should double-check the spinner for all diff, and make sure ALL the spinner is turn on the new combo. Because you get 300 katu in spinner, if you get 100 point on last combo. Example, you get 100 point in 00:20:716 (4) and then, you get 300 katu in spinner when the spinner metre is full. That is call spinner bug.
4) I think you should make an easy diff. Normal diff are not beginner-friendly. If you make an easy diff, beginner player can play easy diff, so you should make an easy diff

01:43:983 (1) - I think 1/4 repeating slider are inapproriate for normal diff, but I don't know if 1/4 repeating slider is unrankable. It's up to you, but some modder are mentions that 1/4 repeating slider in normal diff is inapproriate. You can change that if you want or ask some MAT or BAT, I guess.......
02:02:244 (3) - Move down a bit, to avoid some overlapping
02:13:548 (1) - Same issue as 01:43:983 (1)
02:26:374 (2) - Placing at red ticks has a wrong sound. Perhaps, move forward to white tick?

IMO, over 1000 objects are unrankable for taiko. But, I am not sure. You should ask Rokodo, lepidopodus, and 3UNI. They are taiko modder (actually, I'm Taiko bad modder 0.0)
