"mania-keyT" Is in my osu!mania skin, but I've never seen in-game... Someone can tell me what is it or where is?

That is a custom mania key image. Every image in mania can use a different name but has to be specified in the skin.ini-file
For example:
Like this you can assign a special altered key image to be used when playing 8K with special style left instead of using the normal mania-keyS.
