My reaction. Making every attempt to speak from an apolitical position, the TSA and several other agencies (and not just the ones implemented since 9/11, believe it or not) have shown growing signs of this. The only thing new about this is the issue of jurisdiction.dkun wrote:

They are claiming domains, not servers.
I don't think they'll do anything to the domain because they can't touch the .sh domains (they're based in a country called St. Helena.). But osu! is an original computer game, so I don't think they'll go after us, unless Peppy isn't cooperating with the RIAA.
