Hello, I'm trying to improve at osu!mania, and I thought trying 7 keys would be fun. However, I seem to always press the wrong keys when trying to play it after doing some 4 or 5 key songs (If I start with 7 keys, I struggle with 4 and 5 keys). I think this is because I associated the pink colour with my pointing fingers (f and j keys), and the white colour with the d and k keys. Since 7 keys reverses this colour, I end up repeatedly pressing the keys I have associated with those colours. I was wondering how everyone else deals with this, as this is making it nearly impossible for me to do 7 key songs (especially if they have a lot of notes on them). Thanks in advance for any help.

While finding a skin can make that easier, if you keep playing you will eventually get past that issue.
