I think slidershapes depend on the song, an anime song fits curved sliders, hardcore songs like the big black fits straight ones.

straight sliders, in some fast songs (i like to map some fast songs), straight sliders are really exciting..for me .
and another reason for using it is they can be used without mapping skills.

I prefer curved sliders everytime, they just always look nicer than other shapes and flow a lot better. The can also open up opportunities to use many different patterns, such as blanketing! They make maps look more "clean" and well done too! Well this last sentence is just to make the paragraph look longer lol~

我喜欢用普通弧线slider,因为懒得拉其他样子的sldier了,弧线可以保持flow,而且看上去也不会像直线那么单调

I more like straight sliders, because it's more easy to play. But I also like slightly curved sliders because it makes the beatmap more fun.
I hate very curled sliders because it confuse me. o3o

我一般的话会用很长的slider去盖过节奏
比如说这张图,其实我做easy diff的时候蛮纠结的,因为要是按照原本节奏来的话就是hard难度了._.
所以其实像是做这种easy难度的时候我都是以打的舒服为前提1,然后节奏为前提2来制作的
这时候用长滑条就是个比较好的选择了,我个人不怎么喜欢在easy难度里用note来点节奏
.....果然我还是认为其实节奏在easy diff里面能省则省这样,normal难度开始完善大部分节奏,hard则是全部按照歌曲的节奏来排,hard+是进行一部分的创意,Insane就虐死你【不对..】
....然后200字果然我随笔都没记过这么长所以..................

For easiest diff I map it based on instrument that sounds louder than other, prefer consistent one. To placing objects, objects itself must visible, not overlapping with other object. And for slider prefer use simple one, not much put slider art 'cause it still hard for newbie.
I guess that's all, I can't explain with many words.

I usually map easy diffs by adding beats mostly on 1/1 beats, those are the common kind of pattern in an Easy diff in my opinion.

For the easiest diff, in my case, I would try to put objects in 1/1 or 1/2 beat, rarely uses red ticks but I still use it when it sounds right, so sometimes my easiest diff goes over 2 stars even though it's considered 'easy'. But I refrain myself from using blue tick with no exception, because I mostly play easy+normal diff (sometimes hard), I know what would be the feeling when blue ticks come in easy diff. It depends on the BPM but the spacing is generally the circles are not overlapping unless they are stacked. Because I give a certain spacing that the circle and the next circle that is in consecutive white tick, circle-overlay is overlapping a bit like this picture pic. I tend to do 0.80~0.90 for easy slider velocity because I personally think 1.00 is too fast and good for normal diff. Sometimes, I need to give up on easy diff because the song itself requires a lot of red tick and I generally follows vocal line rather than instrumental. Sometimes I stack objects maybe 2 at most, but I never stack the sliders because they are just confusing for easy.

To map the easiest diff I always try to make long sliders. Most of them curved with good shapes. Sometimes, to give the diff some variaton I make some long slider with a weird but symmetrical shape.
About rhythm, I NEVER place notes at red/blue ticks cause they're way too difficult for beginners to click or understand when to click them. They're just too much :l
I use more sliders than circles. For example, a long slider of 3 white ticks, and after that another long slider with the same duration as the previous one. In special cases I add a circle between 2 sliders (if it is really needed. this depends on the song).
When placing notes, I always try to place them in a clean way. WIth this, I'm reffering to placing notes in a way that they don't get overlapped with other notes or by their respective hitbursts. This is to make it more easier for beginners to read the notes and patterns.
I like to use the bigger circle size. I find it more easier and suitable for the easiest diff. About approach rate, I always check if the AR makes the patterns a mess or more easier to read so I try to set it low, but not too much to avoid that. Eeeh about slider velocity, I always set it at 0,80 or 0,90 (it depends very much on the song. if the song has very high BPM I might set it a bit higher, like.. 1,00 or 0,90 to make the diff feel better when it is played).

I mod the easiest difficulty by finding whatever is simplest, vocals or instruments, then trying to stick to the rhythms provided by that part.

To map the easiest diff in my mapset, I would make the notes follow the beat of the song and such. I would avoid following the lyrics, unless it goes along with the beat. The objects will have a reasonable distance snapping, and flow with one rhythm

Easy shouldn't have any jumps or streams or such...
I take a low slider velocity, and the fastest notes are (depending on the speed of the song) whole/half beats.
Notes follow either the beat, or the lyrics if they are very simple rhythm
(If possible) there are the most often breaks of the mapset of course^^
