~ Title : Touhou Otoyuugi 1st style - The ultimate beat mix with Touhou

It happened because i couldn't testplay anything so i guess everything is late by 15-20ms
I'll fix it later, don't worry.

I'm surprised no one got this yet. Well I fell in love with Rotter more than a year ago (the day when I FC'd it), so lol~ dibs!

Also, I haven't looked at this yet, but is the timing OK already? I'll be willing to help out (more like spoonfeed the timing, actually, lol). Be reminded that before anything else can be done, the timing has to be fixed...
