I gotta say that there are some parts where spacing is kinda confusing, but i got most of them right ater a few play tests more... so i guess its alright.

01:20:242 (1) - Consider placing this at 01:20:273 -
01:20:727 (3) - Consider snapping the slider in 1/4. It sounds better imo anyways.
01:50:727 (6) - Unstack it please, if you don't mind. After seeing so many stacks in 1/2, this is something that still confuses me.

Normal:

00:30:545 (2) - Hmm... consider moving this more to the right, making it look more lik a blanket slider. In case you don't know what a blanket slider is, check this: viewtopic.php?f=61&t=19374
01:16:909 - Consider adding a circle here
01:17:273 (1) - Consider moving this to 01:17:455, and replacing 01:17:636 (2) with a circle at 01:17:818 -

Rest is okay.

Also, if youre planning to make a flashy sb, i recommend you to use trigger loops, because of the good use of the hitsounds.

The slider is reversed at that part intentionally, it's hard to explain why.
As for the spacing, it's minor and I blame grid 3 (never using you again you traitorous swine)

-There is a known spinner bug that creates spinners without a new combo on them, go through all of your spinners and make sure they all have a new combo so that they give the correct score (I know some on Hard don't)
-Just as a minor comment keep your kiai time the same at the end of each map
-Nice work with combo colors there

01:25:813 (1) - Pretty short spinner for the easiest diff. Try to either map over it.
01:31:631 (1) - ^

Hard:
The only thing in this diff that bothers me in this diff is the like 4-6 note stacking. Do some stuff about the stacks^^ Not saying all stacks though. Just the overly long ones. I'm going to point them out anyways lol.
00:02:359 (3,4,5,6) - Stack that feels too long.
00:05:268 - Add a note here? Flows better than.
00:16:722 (3,4,5,6) - Stack that feels too long.

00:34:177 (3,4,5,6,7) - Flip this horizontally so it flows better. You get like the swing of the first slider but then you gotta take out that movement by going in the other direction. Takes the speed out of the pattern.

Check AI mods for hard, it says that there are some spacing issues but they are MINOR.

I really don't like how you cut the song in half, the rest is totally mappable :(
Clapticks aren't really my thing, but meh they aren't too bad here
I'd prefer if you set tick rate 2, but you'd need to add a shitload of inherited sections to fix the clapticks oryoucouldremovethementirely
Love the colourhax, but I'd make the black a very dark grey - black circles don't look great and break a lot of custom skins.

The experiment is to see the osu! voter's reaction to a poot ton amount of symmetry combined with Ellie Goulding. The catch is that I'm not copy pasting large chunks of the map. I don't expect high and I don't expect I'll return to this style any time soon.

So according to that the only downside of this is that it's Ellie Goulding. A 7.9 really says there's something more going on.
Usually when I see a low rating there are spacing errors, but the spacing isn't godawful in this.
Perhaps the fact that it's a small map and not much score to be gained?

I find funny how people use the "because its english" for everything these days. That excuse is so over used.

Unless we can magically reach into the heads of all of the downvoters (we can't), or they actually post here telling us why they downvoted (not likely to happen, really (prove me wrong, colon three)), we just don't know why maps get the ratings they get, and shouldn't worry too much about them.

I could maybe shed some light. Black stacks were not a great idea, they are kinda hard to see, and some stacks seems abused, making the flow of the map really rigid.
Then again, this probably deserves a tiny bit more of love due to the work on the sliders and some patterns. I'd say 8.5~8.7/10.
