When I set osu to use a lower screen resolution in fullscreen on my tablet, this happens. (Sorry for bad image quality, couldn't take a screenshot) In Windows, DPI scaling is enabled and set to 150%. If I disable DPI scaling, osu goes into fullscreen properly.
