Ok I was simply a bit of selfish and as I am a bad mouse player who sucks at doing spinners, I thought of this.
(P.S. I do not know if pens + tablets have sensitivty etc., I'm only saying this for the mouse, but if they do, good for you...)

So what I thought of was to set in the options for the sensitivity to be automatically changed when doing a spinner. And if it is a Hard - Expert map that there can be spinners of death, it could be simply set for the sensitivity to go back to normal like 1/4 second later or something, so you would be quite prepared.

More explainations:
1) Scenario One: I am playing a Normal map that ends with a spinner. When the spinner appears, my sensitivity changes and I spin to win... I get a hell lot more points that I would get if I didn't have that sensitivity change.
2) Scenario Two: I am playing an Insane map and a spinner appears. My sensitivity changes, and I spin for like two seconds, then instantly circles appear, before the spinner ends and I will not have enough time, as I will panic, etc., etc.. So that's why it will have to go back to the sensitivity I am more used to abit earlier (around 1/4 seconds like said above).

Advantages:
1) I believe it will assist newbies (count me in too) in doing spinners.
2) It will gather more points for players, and will have less chance of failing a spinner because their hand was tired from before ._. (saying that from a hell lot of experience)
3) It will generally be a nice addition to osu!, as well as it will make players see spinners with another eye (because when I see a spinner, I start swearing at it like it killed my family).

Disadvantages:
1) It could ruin gameplay for some, though I do not approve of this, really.
2) It could be buggy as heck. But I still do not believe it's hard to code and implement and bugs would be fixed over time.

Toggling:
1) The whole thing should be toggleable for people who would not like it.
2) The change of sensitivty abit before the spinner ends should be toggleable too.
3) It could go reverse too. The sensitivity could be lowered as well when doing a spinner.

Last, I know good osu! players won't support this much... but I just needed to do spinners quite better and I think most newbies face the same problems too, and I believe this will assist them. So yeah. Thank you in advance for reading my suggestion.

But it would destroy the muscle memory. :(

I believe people would get used to it. Yeah, I am sure it will be hard at first but it could be rewarding after. I mean, I have tried playing with one sensitivty in a map, then with another in the same map. It wasn't hard. :P

No
It gives a disadvantage to old plays, like the EZ 4mod SS #1
With this you'll say those spinners will be easier

do we talk about very old replays when spinners weren't capped?

higher sensitivity does not change how fast you spin (drawing a bigger circle does not make your rounds per minute go up at all), may make it easier to not fail (spin cursor in the wrong place, not around the middle)

it should do nothing unless you spin in a way that causes a lot of mouse drift (from enhanced cursor precision/mouse accel/just the way your hand is when you spin)

I don't know, since I have increased my sensitivity I do spinners way smoother now, I guess it might not be the same for everyone.

Spinners were easier on low dpi...Gaining sufficient control is a matter of practice. You can clear even OD10 spinners by spinning measly 286spm which is relatively easy to achieve even with mouse and any lower just gets easier.
I don't think a dpi-change will assist newbies as the motion required will be the same anyway.
