I want to know if we can have a custom hit sound, for our skins. Like if you have a specific skin, you can have a hitsound for that.

Yes you can
The name is sampleset-soundtype
Sampleset is Normal/Soft/Drum
Soundtype is hitWhistle/hitClap/hitFinish/hitNormal/Slidertick/SliderSlide/Sliderwhistle/Spinnerspin
I know I miss some, but can't recall them
